John Daly, Vice President of Revision, Stonewood’s renovation and remodel division, brings a strong background in Economics, Business, and Construction Project Management. Recognized as one of Professional Remodeler’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2014, John has been a rising star in the remodeling industry. Under his leadership, Revision has flourished for nine years, delivering exceptional renovation projects. Outside of work, John enjoys skiing, biking, and spending time with his family. His commitment to excellence and innovation drives the success of Revision.
Sven Gustafson
President / CEO
Sven Gustafson, Founder and CEO of Stonewood, LLC, carries forward a four-generation legacy in homebuilding. Raised by a master homebuilder, Sven’s dedication to craftsmanship and transparency has earned Stonewood a reputation for excellence in the Twin Cities’ western suburbs. Under his leadership, Stonewood and Revision, LLC, deliver meticulously crafted homes and renovations, guided by an open-book policy. Sven also directs the 141 Project, providing homes for those in need. Recognized for his innovation and industry leadership, Sven remains committed to building trust and lasting relationships with clients.

VP / Director of Sales
Eddie Near brings over 20 years of experience in residential sales to his role as Vice President and Director of Sales at Stonewood, LLC. With a rich background in connecting families with their dream homes, Eddie now channels his passion into guiding clients through the design and pre-construction process. His dedication to quality, customer service, and detail-oriented design aligns perfectly with Stonewood and Revision’s values, making him an ideal leader for their sales efforts.
Kevin S.
Vice President of Operations
With 28 years of experience in construction and residential remodeling, Kevin S. brings extensive knowledge to the Revision team. His expertise spans carpentry, estimating, purchasing, drafting, and general management. Kevin is a dedicated family man who loves the outdoors and enjoys living in the Lake Minnetonka area, where many of his neighbors are both clients and friends. His deep understanding of the industry and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to Revision.
Gunnhild D.
Controller
Gunnhild brings extensive experience in accounting, finance, and HR to Revision. She is thrilled to be part of a company that values craftsmanship, clients, and employees highly. Outside of work, Gunnhild enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, pickleball, and gardening. A native of Norway, she loves mountain climbing and wishes for more peaks in Minnesota. Gunnhild lives with her husband and their big black lab, enjoys cooking and baking for guests, is an avid knitter, and is comfortable playing the piano.
Christine M.
Accounting
Christine brings several years of experience in accounting, planning and zoning, and office management to her role at Revision. Detail-oriented and organized, she thrives on tackling challenges. Outside of work, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her two granddaughters. She loves tending to her flower garden, repurposing rustic treasures, and baking. Active in her community, Christine volunteers whenever possible. She is honored to be a part of the Revision team and looks forward to contributing to the company’s growth and success.

Finance Manager
With over 20 years in the home industry, Stacy’s expertise lies in creating a seamless and stress-free customer experience. She excels at managing behind-the-scenes details, ensuring a smooth process for clients. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys watching her son’s baseball games and relaxing with her family and dogs, enjoying the outdoors year-round.

Production Manager
With over 20 years of experience as a custom home builder, Andy B. serves as the production manager for Revision. He ensures seamless communication between clients, designers, and artisans while managing building codes, construction documents, budgets, and schedules. Andy’s extensive building knowledge and skills are crucial in executing each phase of the project with the client’s best interests in mind, guaranteeing a successful outcome.
Eric W.
Project Manager
With over 30 years of experience in various construction disciplines, Eric W. began his career as a laborer in his father’s company. He has worked in carpentry, estimating, and holds an education in architectural drafting. After a successful stint as a marketing rep in the wholesale lumber industry, Eric is thrilled to be back as a project manager, overseeing every facet of building and remodeling. He works closely with homeowners to build trust and confidence, ensuring satisfied clients and beautiful homes.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys completing projects at his own home, traveling with his wife Kathy, and spending time with family and friends. An avid nature photographer, he serves on the board of the Arboretum’s Photographers Society and has placed several times in their annual juried photo contest.
Chris T.
Project Manager
With 27 years in the construction industry, Chris T. brings extensive experience to Revision. He studied general construction and furniture and cabinet making in trade school and successfully ran his own construction company for 25 years. His expertise in residential construction and remodeling aligns perfectly with our vision.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife are avid motorcyclists who enjoy the outdoors. This year, they have taken up off-road trail riding, adding to their adventurous pursuits.
Alain V.
Project Manager
Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Alain V. brings a diverse background in construction and architecture to Revision. His passion began early, studying design at boat and RV shows with his father. Alain studied interior design in Brussels and has worked as a senior project manager for a high-end residential construction company in San Francisco for the past six years. Now in Minnesota, he enjoys personal house projects, hiking, biking, exploring new restaurants with his wife, and building Lego sets with his children, Leo and Alice.
Nate A.
Service Manager
With over 20 years of experience in residential construction, Nate has a comprehensive view of the homebuilding process, having worked in both remodeling and new home construction. His expertise spans project management, customer service, and warranty service. Nate is passionate about exceptional design, materials, and craftsmanship. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work, Nate enjoys discovering new restaurants with his wife and daughter and spending time in the backyard with his two dogs, Frankie and Pedro.
Andy K.
Project Manager
Andy has dedicated his entire career to the construction industry. Starting with framing custom homes during high school summers, he went on to earn a construction management degree from the University of Denver. While his primary experience is in managing custom homes, he has also worked in multifamily and production-based residential markets as a field and purchasing manager. Outside of work, Andy enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his family.

Project Manager
With 27 years in the industry, Steve C. has been instrumental in some of the most prominent home-building projects in the Lake Minnetonka area. His extensive experience spans framing, trimming, and remodeling, giving him a comprehensive skill set. Steve thrives on the challenges of creating unique custom homes. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, training dogs, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Tomar J.
Project Manager
With 9 years of experience in residential remodeling and new home construction, Tomar J. brings hands-on expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the building process. Known for his ability to build honest relationships with clients and his infectious sense of humor, Tomar is a valued member of our team. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, and participating in competitive sports.

Project Manager
With nearly 20 years in construction, Heath aims to make the building experience enjoyable and memorable for every customer. He values the relationships formed during the process of transforming a house into a home. Guided by the motto, “Anything worth doing is worth doing well,” Heath applies this principle both at work and at home, where his two daughters hear it often. Outside of work, Heath enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, engaging in sports activities, working in the yard, and exploring the woods around their home.
