When not shepherding financial matters, Gunnhild embraces Minnesota’s outdoors with the same enthusiasm she once had for Norway’s peaks. You’ll find her skiing fresh powder in winter, playing pickleball in summer, and tending to her garden in between. At home, she shares life with her husband and their adventurous black lab, filling their space with the warmth of home-baked treats for guests, the intricate patterns of her knitting projects, and the melodies from her piano.

Starting with framing custom homes during high school summers, he went on to earn a construction management degree from the University of Denver. While his primary experience is in managing custom homes, he has also worked in multifamily and production-based residential markets as a field and purchasing manager. Outside of work, Andy enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his family.

Now bringing his international perspective to Revision in Minnesota, Alain combines European design sensibility with American construction excellence. When not transforming clients’ spaces, he channels his creative energy into his own home projects and shares his love of design with the next generation, building Lego masterpieces with his children, Leo and Alice. Together with his wife, he explores the Twin Cities’ culinary scene and embraces Minnesota’s outdoor lifestyle through hiking and biking adventures, infusing both work and life with the same spirit of discovery that launched his design journey years ago in Belgium.

Lars L.
Field Technician
Lars Larson brings 15 years of comprehensive construction expertise to his role at Revision, having mastered the full spectrum of carpentry through his own custom framing company and years of hands-on experience. His journey from leading his own team of carpenters to serving as a job superintendent has equipped him with the rare combination of technical skill and project management acumen that distinguishes exceptional builders.
A native of the Minnetonka area who later experienced life in Northern Minnesota, Lars discovered his true calling in construction after college, when his plan to “pound nails” to fund international travel evolved into a passion for craftsmanship. His adventurous spirit has taken him to 34 countries, though these days his greatest adventures involve time with his two children. Whether he’s playing outdoor hockey, enjoying water sports, catching fish at his favorite northern lake, or gathering around a bonfire, Lars brings the same enthusiasm to life that he applies to building. His multifaceted background and natural building instincts make him an invaluable asset to every project, where his ability to tackle any carpentry challenge earns him the well-deserved title of “jack of many trades.”
