Founder and CEO of Stonewood LLC, Sven grew up the son of a home builder, learning the aspects of fine homebuilding from the bottom up. He has been recognized as 40 under 40 by Mpls. St. Paul Business Journal as well as Professional Builder Magazine. He also has developed and markets industry-leading construction project management software used worldwide by builders, remodelers, and commercial contractors. In his free time, Sven enjoys skiing, boating, and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Steve has nearly 20 years of experience serving in various operations roles in homebuilding including Purchasing, Estimating, Administration, Construction, Service & Warranty. This experience allows him to view each project as a whole where he strives to make the process run as smooth as possible for our team, our trades, and our clients. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family hunting, fishing, and being active outdoors.

Stacy’s depth of knowledge revolves around a theme: creating a great customer experience. She has worked in various roles in the home industry for over 20 years. Stacy is an expert at managing all the details behind the scenes and making the process as stress-free as possible for our clients. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys her son’s baseball games and relaxing with her family and dogs, outdoors and year-round!

Nate has over 20 years of experience working in various aspects of residential construction. Having worked in both home remodeling and new home construction – from project management to customer and warranty service has given Nate the ability to view the homebuilding process in a holistic manner. Nate is passionate about incredible design, materials, and craftsmanship. Nate holds a bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Minnesota.

When not at work Nate enjoys finding new restaurants with his wife & daughter and spending time in the back yard with his two dogs Frankie & Pedro.

Andy has spent his entire career in the construction industry. Working summers in high school framing custom homes led him to pursue a construction management degree from the University of Denver. With most of his experience managing custom homes, Andy has also worked in the multi family and production based residential markets as a field manager and purchasing manager. Outside of work he enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his family.

As a project manager, Steve has left his mark on some of the most prominent home building projects in the Lake Minnetonka area. From framing, to trimming to remodeling, Steve has worn many hats in his 27 years in the industry. Steve is passionate about taking on the challenges that come with one-of-a-kind custom homes. Aside from making his clients’ dream homes a reality, Steve enjoys fishing, hunting, training dogs and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Tomar has 9 years of experience in residential remodeling and new home construction. His hands-on skill set and knowledge of the building process from start to finish are some of his best qualities. Tomar possesses the drive to build an honest relationship with our clients and is known for filling the room with laughter. When he’s not at work, Tomar enjoys spending his time with his wife and 3 kids, as well as participating in competitive sports.

Working nearly 20 years in construction, Heath has always kept the goal in mind to make the building experience fun and memorable for every customer. He truly enjoys the relationships that are built throughout the process of building a “house” and the opportunity to create a “home” for a family. Heath grew up with the motto, “Anything worth doing, is worth doing well.” He remembers that motto at work and at home – where his two daughters know the saying well (and hear it often). When Heath isn’t at work, he’s enjoying his time with his wife and daughters, often busy with sports activities. He looks forward to one day making more time for pheasant hunting and golfing again, but until then you can usually find him working in the yard or in the woods around the house in his free time.
