In the photo above, the drama of light is perfectly depicted. The home’s main rooms are flooded with natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Although some of the lighting is filtered by the outdoor vegetation, much passes through the windows freely. 

The office in the background comprises rich woodwork custom stained in a warm-toned golden brown. The carpeting is neutral and warm. The window treatments are substantial and can block all incoming light if desired. The lighting from the overhead fixture is warm and soothing. Finally, the glass-paneled doors are custom designed of steel. 

Much of this look is reflected in the wine chiller in the foreground. The glass-panel doors, iron design, and warm toned down-light is a subtle yet direct nod to the office. 

Altogether, we see how each element ties effectively to the other.
