Extending Generosity, Building Hope
In honor of Dave and Ellen, we’re privileged to gift a new room to a deserving family as part of our cherished tradition. This meaningful act goes far beyond construction, it’s about restoring hope, creating space for dreams, and offering tangible love through action.
Your decision to build a home with Stonewood & Revision has become a blessing that reaches far beyond your own. Because of you, José and Delia’s family in El Rejón will soon experience the dignity and comfort of a safe, secure space. Thank you for helping make that possible.
While Dave and Ellen marked the beginning of their new chapter, they also embraced a beautiful tradition of giving. Below is the story of José and Delia’s, the family whose lives have been transformed through this circle of blessing.
The Story of José and Delia
José (28) and Delia (27) live in the village of El Rejón with their two children, Leyda (9) and Jeferson (6). Both parents completed only early elementary school, José up to 1st grade and Delia up to 2nd. José works as a farm laborer earning just $7 a day, and supplements their meals by growing corn and beans.
Three years ago, the family received a small room made of cinder block. It remains the only sleeping space for all four family members. Their kitchen, built from tin sheets with a dirt floor, is the next part of their home they hope to improve.

José and Delia share their heartfelt gratitude to Dave & Ellen.
With your generous support, their plan is becoming reality. The new room will provide a dedicated space for Leyda and Jeferson to study, play, and rest, things every child deserves. The impact of this gift will ripple through their lives for years to come.
“We’ve always dreamed of giving our children something better,” Delia shared. “This new space is a step toward that dream.”
Through the support of The 141 Project, José and Delia’s long held hope is now a beautiful reality. What was once just a dream is now a secure, dignified space, a home that offers their family peace, stability, and renewed hope for the future.

Joy fills the air as the family receives their completed home.
Thank you, Dave and Ellen, for being part of this mission. Your decision to build with Stonewood is now part of José and Delia’s story, a story of transformation, resilience, and gratitude. Together, we’re not just building homes, we’re building futures.
May this act of kindness continue to shine as a reflection of your generosity and the love of Christ.

A family’s joy, made possible by your gift. Thank you for changing their story.
