Small Projects Manager – Home Maintenance & Service
About the position
Take ownership of the work that keeps our clients’ homes running beautifully long after the build is done. As Small Projects Manager, you’ll lead our handyman, repair, and home maintenance work, the smaller-scale projects and service calls that protect relationships with the homeowners we’ve built and remodeled for. This is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who’s equal parts craftsman and coordinator: you’ll scope the work, line up the right people, keep clients informed, and make sure every job gets done right. If you take pride in responsiveness, quality, and being the person clients know they can count on, this is a chance to build a standout service experience under a name homeowners already trust.
