“Virtual” Luxury Home Tour | Minnetonka Beach Home

This year, our entrant to the Midwest Home Luxury Home Tour is a beautiful home located in Minnetonka Beach. This Classic-Contemporary features family-centered amenities as-well-as spaces perfectly designed for entertaining guests – both indoors and out.

Minnetonka Beach Home

Before we explore the interior details of this home, sit back and enjoy the aerial perspectives, and a few still shots, showcasing the exterior details of this home. Notice the blend of classic roof lines, cedar shakes, stone accents, and metal roofing – found over the screened porch. All the details pull together perfectly in this Minnetonka Beach Home.

A quick mention needs to go out to the exceptional attention to detail provided by Rita of Accent Gardens and Shrubs on the landscaping and gardening seen throughout the aerial and exterior photography.

This traditional city home has thus far been well received.  It’s a Parade favorite and we’ve seen many visitors return with family and friends for another visit.

Architectural details, Edina Residence

It’s this sort of detail that makes a house special. Detailed design or consecutive archways in the main gallery. Hard to visualize even standing in the space… But with 3D tools in the hands of talented architects, it comes to life. In this case, Peter Eskuche, of Eskuche Creative group.
