With our model, we now have 4 lakeshore building sites sold at Palmer Pointe. We’ll have 2 new homes under construction this fall.
Palmer Pointe has some of the best remaining lakeshore lots on lake Minnetonka! Call if you’d like a private tour.
We’re working on a design for a cabin in Northern Minnesota. It’ll be a replacement for an existing cabin that the family has enjoyed for generations – built by our client’s father. We’re working on renderings of the structure to aid in the design and the client’s understanding of the site – these are very early, no materials or landscaping, but are fun to look at in the early stage…
This is pretty cool! A client that we are building for in Minneapolis wanted to use lumber that was harvested forum the site. We found a local company that picked up the raw logs, sawed them into lumber, and. Is now kiln drying the wood. It’ll be used in the construction of cabinetry and Millwork details within the new home.
Annie Graunke of Martha O’Hara interiors wins again! Well deserved for all of her hard work on this project.

This smaller site is being used to its full potential. Similar in design to the home we built last year on Lake Harriet, this home is very open on the mail level. Tuck under garage and large lower level. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the upper level. This home takes great advantage of the wonderful views of Lake of the Isles in MInneapolis. More to come!
This is one of the most spectacular homes we have had the pleasure of building. Set deep in the forest of North Oaks, this home has the presence of an estate that has been there for 100 years. Over 10,000 sq. ft., 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms… The office on the main floor is truly amazing! 3 TV’s that retrace into cabinetry and behind artwork, it is the ultimate man cave. Over 500 sq feet, access to a cigar balcony huge wood burning fireplace, bar, secret staircase to the master bedroom and down to the entertainment room… More to follow….
Check out the concepts that Peter Eskuche prepared for an upcoming custom home! We’ll be breaking ground on this home late this year in Locust HIlls, Wayzata MN. It’ll stay very true to Tudor architecture in details and materials. This home will be built on one of the 3 lakeshore lots on Grey’s bay of Lake Minnetonka.

I’ll admit, this stuff is way over my head… But it is fascinating & proof that we have the best carpenters in the country working on our homes.
Yesterday at the Edina jobsite, our master stair builder Steve mentioned “18th century square tangent line calculations” he was working on as he was fitting a section of handrail. Huh? Then I saw a pattern he had developed for the curving and stoping stair rail… I did a bit of research on his technique, and am amazed at the math and thought that goes into something so common place in our homes. Think about this as you visit our model home in this year’s Parade of homes…
