Usually curved stairs a pre-fabricated in a factory… It’s not too many builders that build them from plywood, on site. The angles and radius’ involved are complex and can be confuse even a seasoned carpenter.

Our finish carpenter on this project has been site building curved staircases for over 23 years. Starting with raw plywood, cutting and laminating custom supporting beams… It’ll take him over 3 weeks to build this 3 level stair. Check back for progress photos as he installs the sections!
